September is going to be a very competitive month for many artists in the Hip Hop & R&B music genres. There are plenty of artists releasing their albums in & around this month so everyone needs to bring the heat & be on their "A" game. Check out the video below of DJ Don Cannon working on a track with Young Jeezy called "Circulate". The song (so far) sounds VERY similar to a joint produced by J Dilla for British soul artist Steve Spacek which was released three years ago. The original sample actually comes from Philly soul man Billy Paul & his song "Let The Dollar Circulate". You can check out the JDilla produced version from Steve Spacek called "Dollar" after the video for reference. Not sure how the splits (money paid for the samples between artists) will work with a sample that samples a sample from a sample, but the song may very well turn out hot.
